What exists, what does not, and what is running
The desk is closed and the settlement contract is not deployed, so a page of green ticks would be a page of untrue statements. What follows is the real table, including the four rows that are not good news, and the definitions that make each state checkable rather than reassuring.
The clock is on this page because it is the only component here whose state changes without somebody editing this file. It matters to the schedule and not merely to the decor: the curves trade every hour of the week and the equity they price against is shut for 80.65% of it, which is the term the desk charges for. It is computed from the published exchange calendar, which runs through 2026-12-31; past that date the clock says the calendar has ended rather than guessing at a holiday it has never been told about.
02Components
Seven components, five states
3 of 7 are operational. Of the rest, one is closed on purpose, one is being worked on, and two do not exist — a feed the desk has decided not to run, and a contract nobody has deployed.

03Definitions
How we define these states
Status pages fail in one direction: the words are chosen so that almost everything qualifies for the good one. These five are written down so a reader can hold the table to them, and so that the day one of them stops being true, changing the row is easier than arguing the definition.
- OPERATIONAL
- The thing exists, is published, and answers. It does not mean anything is watching it. There is no monitor, no probe and no alerting behind this page — it is written by hand and edited when the thing it describes changes.
- IN PROGRESS
- Work that has started and carries a date. The date is the date it is scheduled for, not a promise about when it lands. If it slips, the date here changes and the row stays; a row that quietly disappears is how a roadmap becomes a marketing document.
- NOT BUILT
- A component the desk has decided it does not need yet, stated rather than stubbed. A stub that returns a plausible value is worse than an absence, because it is indistinguishable from a working thing right up until it matters.
- NOT DEPLOYED
- Code or an address that does not exist on chain. Nothing can be transacted against it, and nobody should be asked to approve anything to it — including by a site claiming to be this one.
- CLOSED
- The component exists and is deliberately not running. It is the state of the desk itself, and it is the one this whole site is organised around admitting.
04Incidents
No incidents, because there has been no service
This log is empty, and the reason it is empty is not that the desk has been reliable. It is that the desk has never run. Nobody has had an order rejected, a settlement fail, or a quote go stale on them, because nobody has been able to send one.

When the desk does open, this log gets every interruption in it: the start, the end, what it cost the counterparty, and the ones nobody outside noticed. A log that only ever contains incidents somebody else spotted first is a log kept for the wrong reader. If something on this site is already wrong — a figure, a block height, an address — the address is desk@nobid.invalid.
05Not measured
What this page does not measure
A status page is as good as the things it declines to claim. These are the numbers a reader might reasonably expect to find here and will not, each with the reason it is absent rather than estimated.
When any of these is genuinely measured, it appears here with the window it was measured over and the method used to measure it. Until then the honest value is the empty one.
