01Access
Request access to a desk that is not open
There are 115,094 live curves on this chain whose holders cannot reach ether at any price, and this desk proposes to be the counterparty to them. It is not that yet. Until it is, the only honest thing this page can collect is a note saying who you are and what you are holding, so that the day the desk opens it opens knowing.
Before you write anything
i
This form posts nothing
It runs entirely in your browser. The button composes a message and hands it to your own mail client, already addressed and filled in. Nothing is submitted, stored, queued or logged here, there is no analytics event behind the button, and this site never finds out whether you went on to press send.
ii
The desk is not open
Nobid is not quoting, not holding client assets and not accepting orders. No settlement contract is deployed, so there is no address to approve and, strictly, nothing to be granted access to. The status page carries that component by component.
iii
So the request is a narrow one
The only thing being asked for is to be told when the desk starts quoting, with the position you hold already on the page when that happens. That is the entire product of this form, and saying so is the reason it can be trusted with anything at all.
02The note
Tell the desk what you hold
Every field below ends up in a message composed in your own mail client, addressed to desk@nobid.invalid, which you can read in full before you send it and edit afterwards like any other email. The validation is here so the message arrives complete, not so the page can decide who is allowed to write.
No account is created, no cookie is set by this form, and no ticket number is issued — there is no system on the other side to issue one. If you would rather not use a form at all, the address is desk@nobid.invalid and a plain email is worth exactly as much.
03When it opens
What a quote will need from you
None of this is required today — there is nothing to quote against. It is written down so the first message can carry it, and so nobody is surprised later by a desk asking for something it never mentioned.
- The curve
- An address, so the quote asset can be read from the contract rather than inferred from a ticker somebody typed.
- The quote asset
- Which equity token the curve is denominated in. The per-asset census that would answer this for the whole chain is not finished, so for now the holder is the one who knows.
- The size, in units of that asset
- Not in dollars. The misreading this desk exists for is a reserve denominated in an equity token being read as though it were ether, and a size quoted in dollars reintroduces exactly that ambiguity.
- Where the ether goes
- Settlement is in ether, on chain, in the same transaction. One asset out means one hedge to run, and one address to check before anything moves.
The book is published. The desk is not open: Nobid is not quoting, holding client assets, or accepting orders. Nothing on this site is an offer, a solicitation, or investment advice.

04Or don’t
You do not have to ask anyone for any of this
The measurement is published with the block it was taken at, the schedule is published term by term, and the quote engine computes the whole waterfall in the page without contacting the desk. Nothing behind this form is a gate on any of it — which is the test of whether a desk publishing its book meant it.
